As the UK Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) investigates lubricant dumping, a curious pattern emerges: hydraulic oil imports from the UAE have surged 417% from May 2023 to May 2024, while imports from Lithuania have nosedived 98%. What’s behind Lithuania’s plummeting exports? Could the UAE’s booming supply be related? It might just be.
A report from September 2023 reveals that “Russian oil producers supplied their first cargoes of CPC Blend crude to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in August and September,” creating a new export route to evade Western sanctions. Are we now importing Russian oil, cleverly rebranded as UAE products? The so-called “refining” process might be more about paperwork than actual refinement.
If true, this could mean UK buyers are unwittingly funding the war in Ukraine while UK manufacturers struggle against unfairly cheap imports. The TRA’s probe will uncover whether these imports are part of a larger scheme to skirt sanctions and dump low-cost products in the UK market. This investigation could shake up trade policies and level the playing field for UK businesses. For more info and to get involved, visit the TRA’s site here >

The player behind this story is Yuri sudheimer, he is in control of mannol and sct lubricants. Interestingly he transfered his businesses to UAE when ukraine war started and sanctions were put in place. Before he was having main factory in Lithuania so you can conclude where the oil is coming from. He personally avoided gettingis sanctioned and he is based in Dubai. He is leaving in Dubai where he has as 49m yacht aurora rossinavi and a house on palm. His daughter is controlling companys in Cyprus. Do a little bit a research, it is interesting who is getting rich on fraudulent activities.
